Return Process

  Log into your Azzurro Milano account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all luxury tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our quality control team completes their inspection.
